Evaluating the Coupling Coordinated Development between Regional Ecological Protection and High-Quality Development: A Case Study of Guizhou, China

Promoting the coupling coordinated development between ecological protection and high-quality is an important path to achieve sustainable regional around world. Taking Guizhou, China as a typical case, this study builds comprehensive evaluation index system for development, then uses coordination degree model assess spatiotemporal characteristics of development. According findings, Guizhou’s both exhibit upward trend center-edge spatial pattern, but they also “spatial misalignment relationship”. The in Guizhou has shown continuous growth from near-disorder primary coordination, with pattern “central > western eastern”. This enriches knowledge body helps make decisions that are best useful reference other regions countries.
